We do not intend to stay incognito, as being as open as possible is one of the main values to follow in order to be reachable to anyone, who is interested in Grunnd.
At the moment we are three people team and, for overseeable future, intend to stay that way. It’s a reason of funding and… keeping things simple, really. By the end of the development, when
heavy marketing kicks in, we most likely will welcome a guys or a gal to our ranks, that will manage most of the PR stuff [that thing is tough]. Surely, if you love adventure games and Grunnd has spoken to you at some level, you can drop a line.
OLAFS
Well, that’s my nose and the rest of the face behind it.
I am professional retoucher and photographer with journalism roots [and education].
Developing Grunnd world’s story and narrative for about three years now. After small and insignificant small games this is a serious take on once unrealized photography project, which was too ambitious for the medium.
Doing narrative and engine work, as well as first stage marketing.
Some images of mine you can see HERE.
SINDIJA
As soon as I made a decision to bring Grunnd’s world into life, I knew that I wanted Sindija to bring her skill and style into the game. To have understanding is very important and after the first meeting I was very happy how interested she was in the project.
Sindija is doing graphic work and brings in the visual darkness and draws in the secrets of the world. With elaborate and meticulous questions she refines the story – during first Q&A I had to drink beer just to get my mouth able to answer gazillion questions about the world and characters.
Check out her awesomeness right HERE and amazing video she made right HERE.
ED
For this game sound is very important. Soundtrack and fully voiced stuff. Thus I am very happy, that Ed reached out to me, as game’s dark and lynchian mood directly spoke with him [and he had just finished one experimental piece, that immediately spoke with me]. I couldn’t be more happy to welcome to the team a professional composer, who loves the idea itself. I still haven’t asked him, where the hell he got my e-mail, as back then it was only couple days old – I see this as destiny and let it stay that way.
Ed will be doing all the music scores in the game and maybe some sound assets.
Take a look on his more than impressive work HERE.
